Let within 14 days in 2015

The Residential Lettings and Property Management Service of Marchand Petit is delighted with results achieved for their clients so far this year.

“Business is so swift and we are agreeing lets at such a rate that we have recently started to include a ‘Let within 14 days’ line to our 'Let' boards,” says Lettings Manager Marie Fowler. “In the last month we have agreed nine lets for our clients within fourteen days of marketing the properties.”

 Jo Smith, Lettings Administration Manager said: “It really makes the job worthwhile when you can turn around a property quickly for a client and get their house let and filled with an equally happy tenant.

“We’re letting properties from a three bedroom detached former stable block with a one bedroom annexe at £1,750 PCM to a three bedroom family home in Kingsbridge at £795 PCM. This quick turnaround is true of the broad range of rental properties we have available.”
