Directions
From the Totnes office of Marchand Petit proceed along Station Road heading towards Dartington. Pass over the railway bridge and at the first set of traffic lights turn left. Take the next right hand turn into Barracks Hill and proceed up the hill towards Dartington. Pass over the mini roundabout and Cott Inn and turn left into Cott Lane. Deepdene will be found on the right hand side at the end of a long driveway.
