Long walks are available from the doorstep, along the estuary and around the National Trust headland of The Warren. The twin villages of Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo straddle the Yealm Estuary. Directions
From the A379 in Yealmpton take the B3186 to Newton Ferrers/Noss Mayo. After approximately 3.5 miles, turn left towards Noss Mayo and continue down the hill to the junction. Go straight on to Noss Mayo and turn right into after approximately half a mile into Junket Corner leading to Pillory Hill. Continue along Pillory Hill which turns into Creekside Road where the property can be found on the left hand side.
