After a highly successful 23 years in Salcombe, Marchand Petit continues to be one of the leading agents, Victoria Lambden, has come back ‘home’ as Branch Manager, after working for the Salcombe branch previously as a Sales Negotiator, years later after running her own successful agency she is excited to join the company again and take over the reins from her predecessor. Not only is the team flourishing, but it is also expanding with a recent addition in the form of Chloe Inch, who is born and bred in Salcombe and joins the team as a trainee, excited to learn and showing fantastic talent. Having had 3 years of Brexit, followed by 3 months of lockdown, the market is booming, and with a low supply of homes on the market but a huge demand, sellers are reaping the rewards of Marchand Petits winning formulas for achieving record prices within Salcombe and the surrounding areas. With some properties achieving up to 20% over their guide prices, due to competitive situations arising.
