We'll come to your home at a convenient time. We'll take measurements for your floorplan, and professional internal and external photographs to showcase your property at its best. You'll have a chance to make changes to your property’s particulars before approving the final version.

Next, your property will be launched onto major property portals, including Rightmove and OnTheMarket.com, and onto our own website

Our 50 staff at all of our offices Dartmouth, Kingsbridge, Modbury, Newton Ferrers, Salcombe and Totnes, will be primed to present your property to suitable buyers. 

Your property’s particulars will be sent to all appropriate buyers on our extensive database.

Any buyers who may be particularly interested in your property will be personally called.

Our marketing team will swing into action. In 2015, we achieved:
