Marchand Petit Estate Agents Land & New Homes Manager, Andrew Biggs, began his career in property in the late 1980s working within his home town of Bristol, running a number of successful estate agency offices. Some 10 years later his love of new homes led him to work for a number of large house builders in the South West in a variety of roles, including such household names as Barratt Homes and The Berkeley Group.
In 2006, Andrew’s combined knowledge and accumulated skill secured him the newly created Land & New Homes Manager role within Marchand Petit Estate Agents and a subsequent relocation to the South Hams. His experience of “working both sides of the fence” had given him an invaluable understanding and insight into the often complex field of land and new homes purchases and sales. This knowledge is invaluable for guiding and advising clients.
Working in conjunction with the network of strategically placed offices throughout South Devon, the Land & New Homes Department has established itself as the market leader in the South Hams.
