Substantial detached Victorian residence with sheltered garden, in a mainly rural location within half a mile of the coast. Over 2,100 sq ft. Magnificent David Salisbury sun room. Extensively refurbished.
In a cluster of five individual and old established detached properties located off an unmade lane within half a mile of the tidal creek at Noss Mayo, Revelstoke Coombe provides a predominantly rural setting while not being isolated. Views extend over the nearby fields and the track forms a public footpath to the extraordinary and unspoilt coastline and the South West Coast Path. The nature of the track results in negligible passing traffic. The waterside facilities of Noss Mayo are within a short walk including the renowned Ship Inn, the Swan Inn, village hall, bus route and tennis courts. This is also known as an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The detached house was originally part of the Baring family's Revelstoke Estate, and has been extensively refurbished and extended by the present owners over the past few years. The high ceiling and generous ground floor rooms are complimented by a wonderful south facing David Salisbury sun room with its private outlook.
Mains electricity and water. Private drainage.
