The sitting room has a gas stove and French doors to a Juliet balcony and the rear garden. Exposed floorboards run through to the family room with a cloakroom. Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms, each having en-suites and vaulted ceilings with exposed roof trusses. The rear garden is brick paved with a diamond shaped lawn and gated access leading to the double garage and parking. The Courtyard gardens and grounds are beautifully maintained with planted borders.
Buckland Court or Longclose Farm as it was originally named, was built in the 1860s as the Home Farm for the Buckland tout Saints estate. Built on a grand scale it epitomises the splendour of a model home farm for a large and important estate. Buckland Court is solid and confident with a proud ambience all of its own. Set around an unusual double courtyard, it retains a plethora of original detail and at every turn the eye is rewarded with ample evidence of traditional craftsmanship at its best. Today the original use and layout of these magnificent buildings is reflected in their unique character and transformation into twenty-one completely individual homes.
