From Kingsbridge take the A379 towards Torcross passing through the villages of East Charleton and West Charleton. In the village of Frogmore take the right turn over the bridge (signposted South Pool). On entering South Pool continue on, taking the right turn just past the Millbrook Inn, follow the road and New Quay Cottage will be found a short way down on the left-hand side.
