Directions
From Plymouth take the A38 eastwards to take the Lee Mill exit, well before reaching Ivybridge. In about 400 metres, where the road narrows, turn left (just before the Westward Inn), and rise back up the hill to open country and turn right (about 100 metres before the A38 overbridge). Continue to pass the turning to Mt Pleasant on the left and follow the sign marked “Venton/Cornwood”. The road narrows and continues downhill. Take the first turning on the left marked “Venton”, and continue until finding the property on the right hand side.
