From Plymouth take the A379 Kingsbridge road to Brixton. Continue eastwards through the village, passing the church on the left, the Post Office, and then turn right into Winstone Lane shortly after passing Red Lion Hill on the right. **Follow the road straight down the hill. This become a small lane. Follow the road under the bridge and the property will be found on the right (the gate into the drive is the first on the right after the bridge).
From Yealmpton on the A379 take the first road on the left upon entering the village and before the bus stop (Winstone Lane), and follow as above**.
