Leaving Modbury on the A379 towards Kingsbridge take a right hand turn after approximately 1.5 miles at Harraton Cross, sign posted Bigbury on Sea. Continue to follow the signs, passing through Bigbury village. Pass the golf club on the left and proceed down Folly Hill into Bigbury on Sea. On reaching Bigbury on Sea continue along Marine Drive and turn right up Parker Road and take the second right into Cleveland Drive where the property can be found on the right hand side.
