Directions
From the Totnes office of Marchand Petit proceed onto Coronation Road, at the roundabout continue straight over heading towards Dartington. At the traffic lights continue straight over passing the railway station on the right hand side, continue on this road until you reach the roundabout. Take the 3rd exit and continue on this road until you pass Rudolph Steiner School. Take the next left signposted Velwell, immediately after Steiner School on your left. Follow the road for about half a mile to the top of the hill and turn left by the cream pillar signposted Velwell House and Velwell Farm.
