Directions
On leaving the Totnes office of Marchand Petit proceed along Station Road to the first set of traffic lights. Turn left sign posted for Dartmouth and Kingsbridge (A381). At the next set of traffic lights turn right into the Plymouth Road (A3210). Head towards Avonwick and on towards the junction of the A38. At the junction turn right sign posted for South Brent. On entering the village take the third turning on the left (just before the garage) where it is sign posted 20 mph zone. Proceed towards the village and Just before reaching the square Manor Court will be found on the right hand side. Proceed into the parking area where No17 will be found right in front of you.
