Directions
Travelling west on the A38 from Exeter towards Plymouth, take the Buckfastleigh exit and at the mini roundabout take the exit on the right, signpost Buckfast.

On reaching the next mini roundabout, turn left and ascend the hill. At the top of the hill, turn right signposted for Holne. Proceed for 1.5 miles and the entrance to Hawson Court will be found on your right, with a pair of stone pillars. Proceed along the drive and No 1 Hawson Court will be found on the left
