Communications are superb with the mainline railway station at Totnes giving direct access to London Paddington and the A38 Devon Expressway easily accessible, linking Plymouth and Exeter where it connects with the M5.

Directions
From Totnes take the A381 heading south towards Kingsbridge. On reaching Harbertonford pass the filling station on your left and the church on your right. Take the first left into Old Road, pass the post office and a property named Stones Throw, there is a small gap procced down here where 2 Brewery Cottages will be found.
