From Modbury/Yealmpton direction on the A379 proceed towards Plymouth City passing through Brixton and then in approx. ¼ mile turn left just before the speed camera to pass the entrance to Otter Nursery. (If approaching from the Plymouth take the A379 Kingsbridge road rising up out of Elburton, pass Rogers Garage to the brow turning right immediately after the speed camera.)
