Directions
From Modbury/Yealmpton direction on the A379 proceed towards Plymouth City passing through Brixton and then in approx. ¼ mile turn left just before the speed camera to pass the entrance to Otter Nursery. (If approaching from the Plymouth take the A379 Kingsbridge road rising up out of Elburton, pass Rogers Garage to the brow turning right immediately after the speed camera.) Follow the country road, which passes down the hill beneath the old railway bridge, passing Fordbrook Farm, rising up the hill for approx. ½ mile until finding the lane marked Polston Park on the right hand side. Follow the lane for approx. 60 metres and the property will be found on the left hand side.
