Directions
From the Totnes office of Marchand Petit proceed along Station road heading towards Dartington. At the traffic lights turn left sign posted for Kingsbridge and Dartmouth (A381). At the next traffic lights turn right onto the Plymouth Road (A3210) sign posted for Avonwick and A38. Pass through Avonwick and just after the Turtley Corn Mill restaurant turn right sign posted for South Brent. On entering the village and just before the garage turn left into Plymouth Road and proceed into the village. In the village turn left by the butchers shop at the junction between Church Street and Strockbridge Lane. Stockbridge Cottage will be found half way down the lane on the right hand side.
