Times they are a changing within Marchand Petit as it enters an exciting new era.
Marcus Lucock has steered the company for eleven years and is now ready to hand over the helm to another Director within Marchand Petit, Peter Gardner, who will steer a course of his design, to meet the demands of the housing market in 2015 and beyond.
Marcus, acting in a consultancy capacity stated: “It’s been a privilege to lead Marchand Petit over the last eleven years. I leave the company in the hands of an extremely gifted team of property experts headed by Peter Gardner.”
Harriet Cundy, Company Director based in Salcombe, will be recognised as Head of Residential Sales, advising the Managing Director on compliance and software issues from a sales focus. Harriet has worked within estate agency for over 20 years and within the Salcombe branch, in the past 2 years, the office has handled over 80% of the residential sales in the area.
Stuart Cartwright MRICS, Company Director and Shareholder in the business and based in the Modbury office, will be formally congratulated as the Registered Valuer and Professional Auctioneer. With over 25 years’ experience Stuart can advise on any aspect of a professional valuation. If you have suffered bereavement and are finalising an estate for tax purposes, need a valuation for loan security, find yourself in a court dispute or just need an expert, Stuart can offer sound, professional advice without obligation. Should you have a property suitable for auction or would like to enlist Stuart’s skills for charity auctions, he would be delighted to offer his services.
Prunella Martin MA will be formally invited to take up directorship responsibilities as the charismatic face of Prime Waterfront and Country House, valuing and selling premium properties within this sector, utilising her 15 years’ experience within the property industry and expert knowledge of the South Hams property market.
Gordon Maunder, Company Director and Shareholder in the business and based in the Totnes office, will take on more responsibilities as Company Chairman and will take an active and overseeing role in navigating the Board of Directors ensuring efficient operations and succession planning for the next generation.
