Marchand Petit is delighted with the new look Totnes team managed by Tim Jones, Branch Manager. After graduating from Cardiff University, Tim moved to London. With a genuine passion for property and a personable nature he carved out a successful career within the South West London property market culminating in building and running a market leading independent estate agent for nine years at partner level.
Born and raised in the South Hams, Tim has fond childhood memories of experiencing the riches on offer in the area, both in and out of the water. Now with a young family he is excited to be back home in Devon and creating similar memories for his children.
Tim believes his experience, knowledge and high levels of customer service will complement the Totnes team he now heads.

On the 18th May 2020, in line with government guidelines for estate agency, we resumed viewings and valuations of property. Where possible we will be minimising the numbers of viewings by first offering buyers a virtual tour. When viewings take place in person, social distancing and safety protocols will be in place.
We would like to remind all buyers that travel to the South Hams should be achievable in a day (round trip) and for those who live further away, a virtual tour with one of our agents will be offered until travel restrictions change.
