Their most recent project tells the story well. In Cockington, they took the Old School, a building full of history and character, and sensitively transformed it into a collection of 11 homes. Seven were carefully converted from the former schoolhouse itself, preserving the soul of the original building, while four brand new homes completed the development. It was a project that ran from 2020 to 2022, and the results speak for themselves.
