From our Kingsbridge office at the top of Fore Street, turn right into Duncombe Street, follow this road over the crossroads and bear left as it joins Church Street and proceed up the hill. Where the pedestrian bridge crosses the road turn right into Belle Cross Road, follow this road for about a third of a mile then turn left signed Goveton. After about a mile you reach the village of Goveton, go past the old telephone box, follow the road round to the right and the property is on the left-hand side.
