Stephen Hobday

After spending over 30 years in the travel industry, working with tour operators, airlines and travel agencies, I made the move into new homes sales in 2015. Since then, I've worked with a variety of developers, including those specialising in retirement living. In September 2026, I joined the New Homes Team at Marchand Petit, and I'm currently based at one of their exciting developments.

Buying a new home is a big decision, and I enjoy helping people through the process. I like to take the time to get to know my customers, understand what they're looking for, and make sure the experience is as straightforward and enjoyable as possible, from the first viewing right through to handing over the keys.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me walking my rescue dog, Dylan, or helping a Greyhound rescue charity with its online fundraising. I'm also a keen wild swimmer and recently decided to take up piano lessons. It's never too late to learn something new!
