Acting on behalf of the land owner in securing the right developer at the time for the site (which due to its village location was sensitive and the site had to include a large proportion of affordable housing) working with an established local architect, planning was secured with plans suitable for the developer, but maximising the land value.
Advising another land owner on the development potential of their land, securing a developer and negotiating the complicated option agreement, the company has recently agreed an option agreement on a sizeable site within the South Hams. This site is currently in the process of reporting prior to planning.
Other transactions include the introduction of a large development site in the South Hams to a house builder, acting for the purchaser in the acquisition of the development with an outline planning consent and working with both sides and an international architectural practice to secure the development. This development is currently selling from site.
