New Homes

Highly experienced in the sale of new homes developments, the Marchand Petit Estate Agents Land & New Homes Department, working in conjunction with its six strong South Hams office network, understand the differing sales process of a new build to that of a standard property, and as such can expedite the process.

Proficient in providing marketing and pricing strategies supported by market research, Marchand Petit Estate Agents are fully aware of the need for off plan sales if needed.

Each office team has a dedicated in-house ‘New Homes’ member of staff whose role is to focus on the developments available within that office. Supported by Andrew Biggs, Land & New Homes Manager, whose substantial experience of working with both agent and developer, the office teams are fully conversant in reading and understanding plans and specifications and in taking reservations.

Marchand Petit Estate Agents have acted on the majority of the development sites within the South Devon area over many years, from waterfront schemes in Salcombe to barn conversions in rural areas and of course multiple unit sites for major house builders, such as Bloor Homes and Taylor Wimpey.

The company can also act on a consultancy basis for clients who have sites where the sales may be difficult. Andrew Biggs has experience on such sites throughout the South West and is able to produce marketing strategies to suit.

Marchand Petit Estate Agents is currently acting on many schemes within our area. Click here to view our current developments.
