Leave Totnes heading towards Torbay on the A385. After approximately 1 mile turn right where it is sign posted Stoke Gabriel (light traffic only). This turning is shortly after the Longcombe Garden Centre. Proceed through the hamlet of Aish and turn right at Lembury junction sign posted for Stoke Gabriel. Proceed along this road to the T-junction and turn right onto Paignton Road which becomes New Road. Take a right turn into Vicarage Road and 1 Hayes Cottages will be found on the right hand side.
