Directions
On the A379 travelling east from Plymouth through the village, just after passing The Volunteer pub, turn right down the hill in the direction of Newton Ferrers. Continue straight on over the bridge (over the River Yealm), pass Riverside Walk on the left, pass the Methodist Church on the left, and just after the road narrows by the old cottages, turn left into Ploughman Way. In about 100 yards take the turning to the right, and then bear around to the left and the property will be found on the right.
