FROM EXETER: On the A38 (westwards) take the Yealmpton signed exit (A3121) at South Brent, and follow the Yealmpton directions. At the junction with the A379 just west of Ermington continue as signposted until the top of the hill to turn left signed Holbeton. Follow this road for about 1 mile to turn first right (Wonwell Cross). (This is 75 metres before Wonwell Barn and Bull & Bear Lodge) In about 200 metres turn first left into the no through road at the sign “Fursdon Farm” and proceed to the end of the lane where the property will be found on the right.
FROM PLYMOUTH: Take the A379 Kingsbridge road out of the city, passing through Brixton and Yealmpton. Continue through Yealmbridge to turn right (signed Dunstone) at the crossroads. Continue through Dunstone to the top of the hill, to turn right into the no through road at the sign “Fursdon Farm”. The property will be found at the end of the lane on the right.
