From Plymouth take the A379 passing through Yealmpton and continuing for a further 2 miles to turn right as signposted to Holbeton at the top of the hill. **In a few hundred yards take the first turning left and follow this lane until reaching the hamlet of Ford. The property will be found on the left, with a letterbox set into the wall. The entrance gateway (for viewing parking please) is immediately on the left before reaching the bridge. From the Modbury/Ermington/Exeter direction take the A379 westwards as signposted towards Yealmpton. 1 mile from the junction with the A3121 turn left as signposted to Holbeton and follow as **above.
