Approaching Salcombe from Kingsbridge on the A381, and midway between Malborough village and Salcombe, take a left turn signposted Horsecombe/Lincombe. Follow this country lane, going straight ahead at the next junction, and then turn right at a T-junction further on. Follow this road part way down the hill, and turn right into a private driveway adjoining Torr Farm. The property will be found on the left hand side and at the end of the driveway. On entering Salcombe from Kingsbridge, turn left by the bus shelter into Onslow Road. Follow this road down the hill and, just before the church, turn left into Shadycombe Road. After passing the entrance to the car park turn immediately right and proceed along this road past the long stay car park and following the creek to its end and then turn right and follow the road up the hill away from the creek the property will be found on the left hand side as the road bends round to the right.
