Directions
From the Totnes office of Marchand Petit proceed over the Brutus bridge and turn left at the mini roundabout sign posted for Newton Abbot (A381). Proceed through the village of Ipplepen and after passing Dainton Golf Course on the right and the Two Mile Oak public house on the left, turn right sign posted for Abbotskerswell. Proceed down Odle Hill and turn right where there is a sign for the village hall. Proceed up the hill approximately 50 metres and then turn right into Oldlehill Grove and the property will be found on the right hand side.
