There is a smart, fully tiled downstairs shower/cloakroom and separate cloaks cupboard off of the hallway. The living room has a feature fireplace as a central focal point with bifold doors out onto the sun terrace which runs the length of the house - ideal for bringing the outside in and making entertaining easy. The connection with the garden flows into the dining area too, where a second set of bifold doors link the eating and well equipped kitchen zones with outside, making it easy to step out and enjoy the lawned area, an optional gate can link into the garden of the annex. A utility and back door join the stylish, high spec kitchen to the driveway. Upstairs, in the two double rooms one has fitted wardrobes, the master has a dressing room, and ensuite with high ceilings. A spacious family bathroom and third bedroom complete the accommodation upstairs.
The one bedroom annex, an extension completed in 2020, has a separate front door off of the main driveway and offers flexible options for both family and letting potential, with a separate kitchen, open plan living/dining room with stairs up to the first floor bedroom and contemporary bathroom.
