Exit Totnes heading towards Dartington. At the Dartington Cider Press roundabout take the left hand filter sign posted Plymouth A38. After nine tenths of a mile turn right (signed for Allerton and Westcombe) Proceed along for a further three tenths of a mile to where Allerton is sign posted to the left hand side. Take this turning and proceed past Allerton, Little Allerton and The Farmhouse and the property will be found on the right hand side.
