Directions
By passenger ferry from Salcombe: Proceed out of the ferry via the steps, cross the road and walk up the stepped path opposite towards the village. On reaching the village, continue up the hill towards the Church and Village Farm Court will be found on your right hand side.

By road from Kingsbridge: Take the A379 road towards Dartmouth and after 3 miles turn right at Frogmore, signposted East Portlemouth and East Prawle. Follow this road for about a mile, and then turn left, signposted East Portlemouth/East Prawle. Follow this road towards East Prawle and just before reaching the village bear right, following the signpost to East Portlemouth. Follow this road into the village, where it begins to descend the hill and leaves the Church on the left hand side. The property will be found on the left hand side.
