From Modbury/Yealmpton direction on the A379 proceed towards Plymouth City passing through Brixton and then in approx. ¼ mile turn left just before the speed camera to pass the entrance to Otter Nursery. (If approaching from the Plymouth take the A379 Kingsbridge road rising up out of Elburton, pass Rogers Garage to the brow turning right immediately after the speed camera.) Follow the country road, which passes down the hill beneath the old railway bridge, passing Fordbrook Farm, rising up the hill for approx. 1/4 mile taking the first left hand turning half way up. Follow the road around to the right and down the hill. The property will be found at the bottom of the hill on the left hand side.
