From the Totnes office of Marchand Petit proceed along Station Road towards Dartington. At the Cider Press roundabout proceed straight over taking the A385 sign posted for Plymouth. After approximately 4 miles turn right into Culver Lane sign posted for Rattery. Proceed to Mill Cross, turn right and drive into the village. Pass the church and the public house on the right hand side and at the bottom of the hill the property will be found on the right hand side.
