Directions
From the Totnes office of Marchand Petit proceed over the Brutus Bridge and turn right heading towards Torbay (A385). At the first junction after leaving Totnes turn left sign posted for Berry Pomeroy and Marldon. At the roundabout in the village turn right followed by the first right again into the development of Barton Leys.
