Many unspoilt South Hams beaches, are within about 25 minutes' drive while this location is also practical to access Plymouth, with its historic waterfront, Exeter and Torbay.

Directions
From Plymouth take the A38 eastwards to turn left as directed to Sparkwell. Continue through the village to Lutton and within the village turn left into Old Road and the property will be found in a short distance on the left. From Exeter direction take the A38 to take the road signposted to Cornwood, just west of Ivybridge. At Cornwood turn left at the Cornwood Inn and continue to Lutton. Follow this road and turn right into Chapel Road and the property will be found on your left hand side.
